Error Code P1 – High Pressure Protection
If your Lennox system displays Error Code P1, it often means high pressure protection has activated. Dirty outdoor coils, restricted airflow, outdoor fan faults, or refrigerant overcharge can trigger high pressure shutdowns.
Symptoms include poor cooling and sudden shutdowns. This should be diagnosed promptly to prevent compressor strain.
